2. Client Responsibilities:

- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your health and wellbeing.

- You agree to follow any guidance or recommendations provided by the consultant to the best of your ability.

3. Consultation Fees:

- Fees for consulting services are outlined in our pricing schedule, which is available on our website. Payment terms are specified in the payment section of our website.

- We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time. Updated fees will be posted on our website, and any changes will apply to future services.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

- To postpone or cancel your session, at least 48 hours notice must be given.

- Refunds will not be provided for consultations that have already taken place, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

5. Confidentiality:

- We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal and health information. Information shared during consultations will be treated with the utmost privacy, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

- We may use de-identified and aggregated data for research and improvement purposes, ensuring individual privacy is protected.

6. Termination of Services:

- We reserve the right to terminate services if there is a violation of these Terms or if, in our judgment, the client's health or wellbeing is at risk.

- You may terminate services at any time, subject to the cancellation policy outlined in Section 4.

7. Intellectual Property:

- All content and materials provided during consultations are the intellectual property of AFSAYA. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use such content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability:

- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Governing Law:

- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

10. Changes to Terms:

- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
